Cancellation Policies

  1. If there is a need to cancel an appointment, we ask for 24 hours notice.
  2. If you provide less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged half of the amount of the appointment, for any appointment over one hour.
  3. If you arrive late, you may not receive your full service.
  4. Pura Vida Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates.

General Policies

  1. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  2. Pura Vida Salon requests 24 hour notification of cancellation. Bridal parties at least 72 hours of notice.
  3. Due to the many great offerings we make to our guests, only one discount can be honored per visit.
  4. It is our mission to offer excellent service. If you are unhappy with our service, we will correct the service within one week of your initial appointment.
  5. We do not refund payments.
  6. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks and cash. Gratuity is very appreciated, but never expected. Gratuity must be cash.

Specials Policies

  1. We reserve the right to cancel, void or change any promotional offer advertised by Pura Vida Salon without notice, if no expiration date is indicated in the marketing material.
  2. When booking a service, you must inform us of your intent to use a promotional offer. We reserve the right to book no more than two discounted services each and every business day. If you fail to inform us, you may be liable for the full price of the service.
